Brief Introduction

The V-notch Saw is used for processing 90° V-Shaped notch of uPVC profiles. Two saw blades at an angle of 90 degree to each other and driven by a large-stroke cylinder, finish V-notch cutting in single working operation. With the features of pneumatic driving, easy operation, long use life and high efficiency, this V-notch saw is one of essential equipments for manufacturing European-style uPVC windows.

Features

The height of the worktable is adjustable up-and-down to adjust the depth of V-notch

Equipped with a scale on the vertical rod, easy to adjust the height of worktable

Two saw blades are installed two motors separately, providing enough cutting force

Cutting the V-notch at the bottom of profiles, which avoids the influence on the depth of V-notch from different profile types
