Four-head Seamless Welding Machine is suitable for welding colour uPVC profiles. In the press welding process of uPVC profiles, this machine can clean the welding beadings on upper and bottom surface, and can control the size of welding seam (the seam size less than 0.2mm), making the corner good-looking and top grade. This uPVC seamless welding machine strengthen the hardness of welding through control system and pneumatic system, ensuring the welding hardness is the best in different environmental condition, and digital adjustment for related parameters is available. As cleaning the corner of window-door frame as noon as the welding is finished, there are not slots on the corner surfaces, which increase the interface of welding by 10%-20%. From the above mentioned, the welding strength of the uPVC window seamless welding machine is much better than common uPVC window welders.
