Brief Introduction

The Automatic Aluminum Spacer Bending Machine LWJ04 is used to bend aluminum spacer bars of insulating glass. The spacer bending machine can adjust and control aluminum frame size and frame shape automatically through CNC system, and can bend the aluminum spacer bar into triangle, rectangle, regular pentagon, regular hexagon, round, oval, and other shapes. The machine is ideal equipment for mass production of cold-edge insulating glass units.

Servo motors control profile feeding and bending automatically.

The 4 profile stocking chest for 4 different specifications of spacers, setting 12 shapes, 3 parameters available for each shape.

Automatically avoiding the joint and circular arc when bending and cutting, cutting spacer bar automatically after bending.
